The Role
Ziina's affiliate channel has grown organically and is already proving itself as a high-performing acquisition engine. We're now at an inflection point -with the expansion into consumer and growing complexity across merchant partnerships, it's time to bring in a dedicated owner to take what's been built and scale it into a structured, repeatable, and automated growth channel.
As an Affiliate Partnerships Specialist at Ziina, you'll inherit strong traction and real validation, but the next phase -tiered incentive structures, fraud controls, consumer experimentation, and operational automation -needs focused leadership to unlock.
As an Affiliate Partnerships Specialist at Ziina you will:
Take full ownership of the affiliate channel and scale it from a high-performing initiative into a predictable, compounding acquisition engine
Recruit, onboard, and activate an expanding network of affiliate partners -including agency owners, SaaS founders, influencers, consultants, and ecosystem operators
Design structured incentive tiers and negotiate bespoke commission arrangements that reward performance and drive the right behaviours
Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and introduce automation across commission calculations, partner tracking, and performance workflows
Lead Ziina's consumer affiliate expansion -running structured experiments, measuring impact, and iterating based on results
Implement fraud detection and risk controls that protect channel integrity as volume scales
Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the channel grows profitably and in alignment with company goals
Own your numbers -TPV, CPAM, LTV/CAC, and contribution margin -and use them to drive decisions
To succeed in this role, you likely:
Have 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth marketing
Have a solid grasp of affiliate programme mechanics -tracking, attribution, commission structures, and incentive design
Are highly data-driven and comfortable translating performance insights into concrete action
Have experience managing external partner relationships and negotiating commercial terms
Are operationally strong -you build scalable systems, not just manage day-to-day execution
Are comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the playbook is still being written
Have hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, or similar tools
Communicate clearly and work well across functions -you can align stakeholders without needing to escalate

You've built or significantly scaled an affiliate programme from the ground up, not just inherited one
You've run affiliate motions across both B2B and B2C segments simultaneously
You have experience in the MENA fintech or consumer apps ecosystem
You've introduced automation or tooling that meaningfully reduced operational overhead and improved programme accuracy
You've managed complex, tiered partner structures with a clear focus on profitability and LTV -not just top-line volume
