Responsibilities
👉 Scaling Infrastructure & Company Rhythm (40%)
Company Rituals: Own the end-to-end preparation of visual assets (slide decks) and content structuring for Zefir’s key alignment milestones: from Weekly Company Meetings to monthly and quarterly All-Hands.
Goal Setting & OKRs: Coordinate the quarterly objective-setting process by driving alignment and collecting OKRs/Targets across all teams and functions.
KPI Management: Maintain and optimize performance dashboards to ensure the CEO has clear visibility into strategic execution.
👉 Cross-Functional Projects & Special Initiatives (40%)
End-to-End Project Ownership: Scope, drive, and deliver cross-functional projects tailored to current business priorities (e.g., process optimization, internal tooling revamps). You will be fully responsible for aligning stakeholders and submitting actionable recommendations to the CEO.

Support to Enablement Teams (HR, Legal, Finance):
HR & Legal: Partner with our Senior HRBP to deploy foundational company-wide projects (e.g., implementation of the internal rules / règlement intérieur) and support internal event management (team events, company culture highlights).
Finance: Provide ad-hoc analytical support and assist in preparing high-stakes presentations (e.g., Board meetings).
👉 Internal Communication & CEO Exposure (20%)
Internal Comms: Design and animate internal communication channels to maintain high levels of clarity, alignment, and engagement across all teams.
CEO Support: Assist the CEO in drafting or structuring key communications (both internal announcements and occasional external ecosystem touchpoints).
Profile & Requirements
Available to start in September or October 2026, for a 6-month internship
Top Education: You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Gap year or End-of-studies) from a Top-tier Business/Engineering School
First Experience: You preferably have a first successful internship in a Venture Capital (VC) fund, Corporate Finance, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations (Ops).
Communication & Structure: You are highly organized and can handle multiple challenging deadlines at once. Your synthesis skills are formidable, allowing you to build clear, visually compelling presentations.
Analytical Mindset: You possess a strong analytical appetite, comfortable manipulation of data, and the ability to turn numbers into structured, logical business recommendations.
Languages: Excellent communication skills with full fluency (bilingual or fluent) in both English and French is strictly required.
