Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents.

Real estate is the single biggest financial decision most people will ever make, and it's still very opaque, painful and fragmented. Zefir is changing that by making buying and selling a home in France radically simpler, faster, and more transparent.

We already have the momentum, the product, and the funding. What we need now is someone to accelerate the development of our brand, a brand people love, follow, and talk about and that inspires them to move forward to the next step of their life.

The role

Zefir is at the inflection point where brand becomes the growth multiplier. You arrive with product-market fit proven, a unique brand identity, and a clear ambition. What's missing is the person to take the Zefir brand from promising to iconic.

As Brand & Creative Lead, you'll own everything that shapes how Zefir looks & feels in the eyes of Sellers, Buyers & Agents, ship campaigns that move numbers, grow a community that becomes a competitive moat, and make Zefir the most talked-about company in French real estate.

You'll report to Constance, our Growth & Marketing Lead, managing & building your team, and work daily with Growth, Product, Sales, and a bench of external partners (PR agency, influencers, freelance creatives). You'll have the autonomy & resources to move fast & aim high.

Build awareness: make Zefir impossible to ignore

While traditional real estate players are seen as utilities, our ambition is to establish Zefir as a lifestyle brand that inspires people to take the next step in their life.

  • Maintain and sharpen what makes our brand unique and distinctive. Protect the identity, elevate the execution.

  • Define and implement the brand and communications strategy & roadmap across all channels and audiences (Buyers, Sellers, Agents).

  • Take our social community from 150K to 1M followers while keeping engagement at least 2x industry baseline.

  • Own our PR and earned media strategy, securing regular tier-1 press coverage and making sure every conversation about real estate or AI consumer apps in France eventually includes Zefir.

  • Track brand and communication’s impact continuously (branded search, share of voice, sentiment) and use results to iterate, not just report.

Build trust: become the most credible voice in real estate

People don't entrust their biggest financial decision to a brand they just discovered on the social media. Trust is earned through depth, consistency, and relevance. You'll demonstrate how Zefir is leading the real estate revolution, and how everyone benefits: sellers get the best price faster, buyers find homes they actually love, agents access more business.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our personas (Buyers, Sellers, Agents) & their real pain points

  • Translate it into a content strategy that resonates across top and middle funnel.

  • Own the brand platform, key selling points, and tone of voice.

  • Set and enforce high execution standards demonstrating the Brand’s credibility across every touchpoint: product, website, app, CRM, paid media, PR, social.

Drive business growth: make brand a measurable growth lever

Turn Brand into our strongest competitive advantage by directly contributing to Zefir’s growth and converting consideration into action.

  • Leverage the always-on content engine to generate organic traffic and inbound leads at growing scale.

  • Plan and execute campaigns (PR, ambassadors, social activation) to support seasonal pushes, product launches, and key company milestones.

  • Create compelling content for lead nurturing in partnership with CRM that moves people from "I'm thinking about it" to "I'm ready and I think Zefir’s the best option."

  • Manage the brand media mix : own budget allocation across branding channels and formats.

Lead a team as ambitious as the mission

Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing Brand & Creative team as Zefir scales from 60 to 120+ people.

  • Create a culture of creative ambition, execution speed, and ownership where people do their best work & learn every day.

  • Select, onboard, and manage agencies and freelancers (creative, PR, production, influencer) with the same level of rigour and expectations as the internal team.

  • Lead creative strategy and set the quality bar across all brand assets, in close partnership with the acquisition team and CEO.

💜 What you bring

  • 7–10 years in brand marketing at a high-growth B2C company (tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app).

  • You've built brand presence at scale, not just managed it. You've personally grown communities, shipped campaigns, and driven measurable business impact through brand.

  • Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns (social media, PR, influencer/ambassadors): you've done it yourself, not just managed agencies doing it.

  • Strong creative eye: you can brief, review, and produce content occasionally when needed with a clear understanding of channel-content fit.

  • You're a builder and an operator, not just a creative thinker. You're equally comfortable drafting a full-funnel content strategy, jumping on Midjourney to fix a visual, or managing internal and external stakeholders.

  • Data-informed: you use metrics (share of voice, engagement, CAC contribution, conversion) to make decisions, not just to report. You know how to connect brand activity to business outcomes.

  • Fluent in French (native-level copywriting) and English.
