The Role
At Zefir, content is not decorative, it is a business lever.
The Content Marketing role sits at the heart of our strategy: turning complex topics (real estate, data, product, market insights) into clear, actionable, and high-impact content that drives both B2C and B2B growth. This role is designed for someone who loves to produce, test, iterate, and measure. Someone who understands that content can serve both brand awareness and conversion, both brand equity and performance. You will work across the entire funnel, activation, nurturing, acquisition, and sales enablement in close collaboration with the Brand, Growth, Product, and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance-Driven & Activation Content
Create high-impact content for:
Activation campaigns (emails, landing pages, ads)
Webinars and events (scripts, materials, follow-ups)
White papers, guides, and studies

High-value articles (SEO and conversion-focused)
You will also:
Adapt messaging to different audiences: sellers, buyers, agents, and B2B partners
Turn ideas, insights, or product topics into actionable content quickly
2. B2C & B2B Content Creation
Produce educational and inspiring content for a broad audience
Create more expert-level content for B2B stakeholders (agents, partners, real estate professionals)
Understand the business objectives behind each initiative (lead generation, activation, conversion, retention)
3. Activation & Distribution
Work closely with the Growth team to:
Adapt content into activation-ready formats (ads, emails, social, landing pages)
Optimize messaging for each channel
Contribute to the structuring of full campaigns (message → format → distribution)
4. Test-and-Learn & Performance Culture
Test different angles, formats, and messaging approaches
Track content performance (engagement, CTR, leads, conversions)
Iterate quickly: scale what works, stop what doesn’t
What We’re Looking For
Hard Skills
Excellent writing skills (clear, structured, impactful)
Comfortable across multiple formats: articles, scripts, emails, ads, webinars
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and funnel dynamics
Data-aware mindset (able to interpret performance without being an analyst)
Ability to produce quickly, efficiently, and with high quality

Hiring Process
1. Introductory call (30 min)
A conversation about your background and motivations with Constance Caillaud, Growth Lead.
2. Written questions
A short written exercise to better understand your thinking and assess your approach to a concrete content challenge.
3. On-site interview (≈2 hours)
A deep dive into your skills and vision for the role, followed by a meeting with one of Zefir’s founders.
4. Reference checks & final offer
Final feedback, reference calls, and if there’s a strong mutual fit an offer to join Zefir.
