We work with American communities to design, finance, and construct open access fiber-optic networks. These networks are critical to secure internet access that’s fast, affordable, and fair. As open access networks, this infrastructure is also the essential foundation for distributed healthcare services, new wireless solutions, and resilient infrastructure including modernized water systems and responsible energy creation. Our first two projects are in Colorado Springs and Fountain, Colorado.
About this Position
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative with 3-5 years of experience to join our high-growth sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client growth through a mix of direct outreach door knocking and neighborhood event planning and execution. The ideal candidate possesses a professional attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly motivated by structured, performance-based quotas.
This full-time commitment requires a 40-hour weekly schedule, including some shifts during evenings and weekends.

What you'd be doing:
- Acquire new clients for Underline through door doors, executing targeted neighborhood events and popups, and strategic phone outreach to potential new leads.
- Surpass established weekly and monthly quotas by adhering to a detailed performance framework and meeting specific metric goals.
- Embody a collaborative spirit by partnering with the Marketing team to deploy coordinated effort.
- Represent the brand as the face/voice of the company, ensuring every interaction is characterized by a sophisticated, upbeat, and compassionate approach.
- Maintain meticulous records within the CRM, documenting all communication, vital account details, and the evolution of the opportunity funnel.
Experience we require:
- 3- 5 years of proven success in a door to door and outside selling environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both spoken and written, with a natural aptitude for fostering immediate connection and trust.
- A high level of resilience and adaptability, the ability to handle rejection, navigate objections, and seamlessly guide clients through the buying process.
- Digital fluency with CRM platforms, billing environments, cloud-based telephony, and collaborative productivity suites, including HubSpot, Google Workspace, and specialized industry tools.
Bonus points:
- Experience selling for a Telecom/ Internet Service Provider.
- You have a strong network of relationships in Colorado Springs and/or Fountain.
