We work with American communities to design, finance, and construct open access fiber-optic networks. These networks are critical to secure internet access that’s fast, affordable, and fair. As open access networks, this infrastructure is also the essential foundation for distributed healthcare services, new wireless solutions, and resilient infrastructure including modernized water systems and responsible energy creation. Our first two projects are in Colorado Springs and Fountain, Colorado.
About this Position
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth across the Colorado Springs region by selling advanced telecommunications solutions to middle market clients. This individual will work as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in application and solution selling to build lasting client relationships, while exceeding revenue targets and supporting client business outcomes.

What you'd be doing:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and pursue opportunities within the Colorado Springs business community.
- Leverage consultative and solution-based selling techniques to deliver tailored telecom and application solutions that address unique client needs.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers in assigned accounts, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, deliver product demonstrations, and articulate the business value of company solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring all client requirements are satisfied.
- Collaborate with internal technical, product, and marketing teams to customize offerings and develop winning strategies for complex sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records within CRM systems and provide regular forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Keep current with telecommunications industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Colorado Springs area.
Experience we require:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of success selling telecom solutions or technology applications to middle market or enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated experience in consultative and solution selling, with the ability to craft and present tailored proposals based on client needs.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; experience building trusted executive-level relationships.
- Full sales cycle management experience.
Bonus points:
- Previous experience and track record in the Enterprise space within the internet service provider space.
- Management recommendations from previous similar positions.
- Familiarity with the Colorado Springs SLED segment.
