Responsibilities:
Plan and execute go-to-market strategy for our products, features and enhancements by forming the positioning, messaging, and value proposition
Be the brand’s voice for communications on social media by leveraging a strong Twitter presence, participating in interviews and AMAs
Develop industry partnerships & relationships and build and manage a pipeline of integration and composibility opportunities with partners
Find growth-hacks to increase market awareness of our products while driving community engagement and moderation across existing community outlets including Telegram, Discord, Reddit and Twitter
Research, schedule and manage content calendar and produce engaging social media content with the help of the marketing team
Lead research and share on developments in the crypto ecosystem and our competitors
Help expand and improve the ecosystem to reach out to new audiences and turn them into hyper engaged users using social media, advertising, ambassador programs, influencer marketing, branding, and more
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in designing, executing and leading marketing campaigns for blockchain projects with a proven track record of success
A deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi and crypto consumers and what motivates them online, is a must
Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
Excellent written/verbal communication and public speaking skills specifically focused on persuasion and education
Comfort in working with a small team in a very fast-paced environment
Motivated, self-starter attitude that is able to adapt and thrive in ambiguity
A strong relationship with the key players and thought leaders within the blockchain space
