Strike is seeking a proactive and skilled Product Designer - UX/UI to join our team. This role requires a strong balance between user experience expertise and business-driven product thinking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a strong sense of ownership over the design process. Experience in technology-driven environments and familiarity with agile product development are highly valued.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Product Design
  • Lead product initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and enhance key features.
  • Drive end-to-end design processes—from scope definition and research to wireframing and prototyping—delivering delightful, user-friendly experiences.
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Present work with clarity, effectively communicating design rationale while incorporating feedback from diverse perspectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate proactively with technology teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Work autonomously while aligning with the broader product vision and team objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain a high level of quality and consistency across the entire product.
  • Engage with stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing) to understand customer pain points and translate them into design solutions.
Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Manage and prioritize design tasks efficiently, leveraging tools like Jira for tracking.
  • Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices to maintain a consistent user experience across the platform.

✅ Requirements:

Mandatory:
  • +2/3 years of experience designing digital products that users love.
  • Proficiency in Figma: Wireframing, UI design, and prototyping at a high level.
  • Strong background in UX/UI and Product Design.
  • Experience designing B2B platforms and working closely with engineering teams.
  • Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to execution.
  • Upper Intermediate English level.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with cybersecurity, pentesting, or vulnerability management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth tech company.
