About the role

We are seeking an Integrations Senior Manager to spearhead the team responsible for building and managing all technical integrations between Simetrik and our enterprise customers in banking, payments, and retail sectors.

This pivotal role operates at the nexus of Professional Services, Engineering/Product, and customer IT teams. You will own the complete end-to-end integration lifecycle—a function critical to accelerating customer time-to-value, securing Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and driving operational efficiency.

This pivotal role demands profound technical depth and includes direct management responsibility for the 17-person integration cell across LATAM and India.

You must be adept at leading complex technical discussions with both internal teams and external customers. We need a fast-learner who can deeply analyze problems and proactively restructure workstreams to dramatically accelerate delivery and build a scalable, automated integration model aligned with our product strategy.

What does success look like in this role?

Success in this role is defined by achieving three primary business outcomes:

  • Accelerated Time-to-Value: Deliver integrations that are faster, more robust, and fully aligned with product capabilities, thereby accelerating customer value realization.

  • NRR Protection & Expansion: Ensure high-quality integrations that provide accurate, scalable data pipes, transforming integrations into a key lever for customer retention and product stickiness.

  • Operational Excellence: Redesign the integration execution model to minimize manual effort, leverage AI/automation opportunities, and reduce dependency on large operational headcount.

What is the impact and scope of this position?

Own the integration execution backlog for a diverse portfolio of enterprise and small & medium-sized clients spanning both LATAM and India operations

  • Collaborate closely with Product/Engineering and the Implementations Team to elevate the integration model from operational-heavy to efficiency-led.

  • Lead technical conversations with clients, and all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • Redesign workflows to reduce delivery friction, ensuring all integrations rigorously adhere to security, compliance, and standard delivery methodologies.

This is a high-leverage role with significant visibility to leadership due to its direct impact on Simetrik's efficiency and scalability.

What outcomes are expected in the first 3 to 6 months?

In the first 90 days, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Simetrik’s integration portfolio, architecture, data model, and product boundaries.
  • Map the current workflows of the 17-person integration cell to identify key bottlenecks, manual gaps, and immediate opportunities for AI/automation.
  • Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of customer integrations, validating scope, technical design, testing, and go-live according to standard delivery value methodology.
  • Establish strong working relationships with leadership across Implementation, Product/Engineering, and Revenue (Sales & Customer Success).

By month 6, you will:

  • Implement the first cycle of efficiency improvements (e.g., establishing clear playbooks, introducing automation steps, and refining scoping approaches)
  • Achieve a measurable percentage reduction in the integration cycle time for your portfolio.

Establish a repeatable, scalable technical scoping and delivery model.

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in technical integrations, implementation engineering, or service delivery for enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated strength in technical troubleshooting and complex problem-solving.
  • Experience delivering integrations within the payments ecosystem (including processors, acquirers, aggregators, card networks, and banking APIs).
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and actionable execution plans.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, capable of guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to dive deep, ask insightful questions, and rapidly decompose complex problems.
  • Comfort leading operational transformation in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Proven success in directly managing, mentoring, and developing a team of technical professionals in a multi-geo setting
  • Trilingual proficiency: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Integrations Engineer within the payments space.
  • Previous experience at high-scale payment processors, fintechs, acquirers, or card networks.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or complex enterprise data workflows.
  • Experience using Zendesk or other ticketing systems.
  • A background in high-growth environments where automation or AI-driven workflow redesign was adopted.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration-heavy roles within payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Trilingual proficiency (English, Spanish, Portuguese) is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with enterprise clients, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Well-funded and proven startup with large ambitions and competitive salaries.
  • Entrepreneurial culture where pushing limits, creating and collaborating is everyday business.
  • Open communication with management and company leadership.
  • Small, dynamic teams = massive impact.
  • 500USD a year for you to invest in learning.
