About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Project Manager to join our innovation team at Simetrik. This role will serve as the operational backbone for multiple high-stakes initiatives—including internal AI Agents, Solutions, Customer Reporting, and Document automation. The person in this role will operate at the intersection of execution and strategy, supporting leadership to align moving parts across product, legal, infosec, customer success, sales, and engineering.

What Does Success Look Like in This Role?

  • Clear execution of multiple innovation initiatives with reliable status visibility.

  • Ownership of end-to-end project coordination, from concept to deployment.

  • Strong alignment across teams and timelines, avoiding fragmentation or scope drift.

  • Strategic thinking beyond task execution—understanding how initiatives connect to each other and to the broader company vision.

What is the Impact and Scope of This Position?

You will be driving mission-critical execution across Simetrik’s post Series B innovation roadmap, managing delivery for Agents (builder, operator, dispute, value-added), new Solution types, and emerging features like Customer Reporting. This includes handling high-volume interactions with internal teams, keeping legal, design, security, and product stakeholders aligned, and ultimately ensuring new developments reach clients effectively.

What Outcomes Are Expected in the First 3 to 6 Months?

  • Full ownership of planning and delivery of at least 3 innovation initiatives.

  • Project tracking systems built and deployed (Gantt-style, structured PM frameworks).

  • Full onboarding to context and relationships across Simetrik’s key internal stakeholders.

  • Deliverables launched in production with full stakeholder alignment and sign-off.

  • Visible improvement in cross-functional coordination across the innovation pipeline.

In This Role You Will:

  • Coordinate execution across initiatives such as Agents, Solutions, and Document modules.

  • Own the project backlog and ensure visibility, accountability, and structure across teams.

  • Manage dependencies, unblock challenges, and serve as liaison across stakeholders.

  • Elevate operational rigor—turning informal tables into well-defined, structured PM systems.

  • Shift between tactical project delivery and strategic alignment, depending on project maturity.

  • Serve as a right hand to innovation leadership, operating with ownership and context awareness.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Design, implement, and own robust project tracking systems.

  • Plan and coordinate go-to-market rollouts with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Track timelines, milestones, blockers, and owner assignments across initiatives.

  • Identify integration points and interdependencies between parallel projects.

  • Prepare internal briefings, updates, and documents for strategic decision-making.

  • Act as a cultural multiplier—maintaining positive internal relationships while pushing execution.

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in high-stakes project management across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational systems and structured thinking (Gantt, Kanban, roadmaps, backlog mgmt.).

  • High conscientiousness: detail-oriented, self-driven, and diligent.

  • Strong people skills: can work across departments and manage potential friction calmly.

  • Ownership mindset: thrives in chaos, absorbs context quickly, and pushes for outcomes.

  • Spanish fluency, excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or high-performing consulting firms.

  • Experience leading strategic innovation or transformation initiatives.

  • Understanding of product lifecycle: from idea, to MVP, to production deployment.

  • Familiarity with internal AI agents or similar automation processes.

  • Openness to participate in client-facing conversations when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years of experience in project management, business strategy, or innovation delivery roles.

  • Educational background in business, engineering, economics, or related disciplines.

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Based in LATAM preferred; flexibility to work across time zones.

  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Notion, Airtable, Figma, etc.).
