About the role
About the role
We’re looking for a hands on, outcome driven professional to lead the implementation of AI agents that enhance organizational effectiveness across Simetrik. This role is not about building cutting edge tech for external users. It’s about solving real internal pain points by identifying bottlenecks, exploring AI based solutions, and executing fast, scalable implementations. You will work within the People team, report directly to the Head of Organizational Effectiveness, and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve how work gets done across the company.
What does success look like in this role?
Success means being the catalyst behind concrete improvements in team productivity and knowledge sharing. You will identify high impact use cases, evaluate whether to build or buy solutions, and deliver tangible outcomes. A successful hire is proactive, tech curious, and fully autonomous, able to operate without needing technical leadership or a predefined structure.
What is the impact and scope of this position?
This role sits at the intersection of AI, operations, and organizational design. You won’t be creating products for customers. Instead, your mission is to improve Simetrik’s internal effectiveness by embedding AI into the company’s daily operations. Your impact will be visible across multiple teams, from onboarding to enablement, through the tools and agents you implement. You will lead small scale transformations that make a big difference in how our teams work and scale.
What outcomes are expected in the first 3 to 6 months?
- Identify and prioritize one or two high impact internal use cases for AI agent implementation
- Conduct fast and informed make versus buy assessments for each use case
- Execute at least one end to end solution that shows measurable improvement
- Propose and pilot a centralized, automated knowledge base solution that improves knowledge access across teams
In this role you will
- Act as the internal lead for AI driven efficiency solutions
- Partner with business teams to map operational pain points and identify automation opportunities
- Conduct market scans of tools, technologies, and vendors for potential integration
- Lead implementation projects, including stakeholder management, tool selection, basic prototyping, and launch
- Own the make or buy decision process, balancing cost, speed, and value
- Continuously track performance and impact of deployed agents
Must Have
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI agents or automation tools in real operational contexts
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfort working autonomously in fast moving, unstructured environments
- Ability to navigate technical topics with enough depth to execute or coordinate implementations
- A bias for action and a clear track record of turning ideas into working solutions
- Fluent Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
- Background in consulting, People Analytics, or technical product management
- Experience in environments where internal effectiveness and enablement are strategic priorities
- Portfolio or documented examples of AI agents or automation use cases previously implemented
- Interest in AI tooling and experimentation, with a practical rather than purely academic focus
Qualifications
- No specific degree required, but relevant backgrounds might include Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or Organizational Development
- At least three to five years of experience in consulting, operations, product, or related fields
- Based in Latin American countries; fluency in Spanish is essential
- Experience in high growth or tech enabled companies is a plus
Benefits
- Well-funded and proven startup with large ambitions and competitive salaries.
- Entrepreneurial culture where pushing limits, creating and collaborating is everyday business.
- Open communication with management and company leadership.
- Small, dynamic teams = massive impact.
- 500USD a year for you to invest in learning.
