We are seeking a Global Enablement Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of learning programs that enable our global team - with focus in India, SEA & USA- to excel in value-driven client engagements. This strategic role requires expertise in creating scalable training frameworks, leveraging methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS or technology companies, is fluent in English, and possesses a strong understanding of financial concepts to support value-based selling strategies.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training Leadership:
- Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business goals to enhance sales performance and client engagement.
- Implement industry methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to improve qualification, pipeline accuracy, and messaging consistency.
- Lead and oversee the creation of training programs for new hires, account executives, and leadership roles.
- Enablement Framework Development:
- Design and maintain scalable learning frameworks and processes to ensure consistent skills development across regions and teams.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Content Creation and Delivery:
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue teams to create sales playbooks, tools, and templates that align with the buyer’s journey and business priorities.
- Ensure training materials are adapted for regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales leadership to assess training needs, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with the product team to ensure sales teams understand product use cases, differentiation, and value propositions.
- Financial and SaaS Industry Expertise:
- Utilize financial knowledge to develop training content for value-based selling, particularly in FinTech or SaaS environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
- Coaching and Mentorship:
- Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to sales teams, reinforcing skills learned during training sessions.
- Drive a growth-oriented mindset across the organization by fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related leadership role within SaaS or technology companies.
- Expertise in MEDDPICC methodology and Command of the Message (Desirable) framework.
- Background in financial services or knowledge of financial concepts is highly desirable.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Advanced instructional design skills and understanding of learning principles.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with enablement tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting the impact of training programs.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field. MBA or certifications in sales methodologies are a plus.
