Coordinate the pre-sales department, support management and ensure sales quotas are achieved.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, generate strategies and monitor the team, in order to guarantee the best practices within the pre-sales area as well as the fulfillment of area goals.
- Identify and facilitate communication and alignment of objectives with other teams in order to define the value that the area must deliver to other internal teams.
- Handle conversations with managers and technical staff in a fluid and convincing manner
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and interested clients.
- Work closely with the sales team during the presentation of findings, demonstrations, proofs of concept and commercial proposal to prospects.
- The other functions that are assigned by your direct boss and that are in accordance with the responsibilities of your position.
Minimum Quialifications:
- Professional in administration, economics, finance, engineering or similar careers.
- Experience in financial, sales and/or pre-sales processes.
- Solid experience in sales and management of sessions with mixed audiences between technical, operational and managerial.
- Experience in construction and response to RFI's & RFP's.
- Preparation of proposals
- English Proficiency

- Knowledge of basic accounting, finance, business models, payment ecosystems
- Data analysis using tools such as spreadsheets and/or programming languages such as Python
Minimum qualifications
- B2B SaaS sales expertise
- Experience in articulating Sales methodologies such as Meddpicc and Command of the Message.
- General sales expertise
- You’re a pro at collaboration, persuasion, and negotiation large deals with Enterprise clients.
- You can easily organize and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- You’re a “closer” and you have a proven ability to lead complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- You’re highly self-motivated and have a passion to continually progress and grow
- Comfortable working with multiple remote teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred qualifications
- Startup experience is a huge plus.
