The Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing key sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive significant growth in the region.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a sales executive and sales manager in the B2B enterprise market with a demonstrated history of success.
- Proven track record of exceptional sales executive experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales process from strategic planning to successful closure, with a strong focus on results.
- Exceptional ability to articulate the unique value propositions of products and services and effectively position them against competitors.
- Demonstrated success as a head of sales, with a history of developing and implementing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in startup environments.
- Experience in financial services, payment companies, or high-revenue merchants.
- Experience working with frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
Responsibilities:
- Support the expansion and development of the market in Brazil through strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of and consistently exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts.
- Execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve ambitious sales targets and significantly grow our customer base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their business needs and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products and services through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay abreast of category-specific landscapes and trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales success.
- Provide regular reports and insights on factors influencing tactical budgets and strategic account direction.
- Foster and manage relationships with key clients in the financial industry and major enterprises across the region.
