Minimum qualifications
- Proven educational experience, executive meetings and presentations
- Previous experience as trainer on SaaS clients of all sizes from operators to executive level, trainer for software, assuring adoption, directly in contact with clients or end users.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to present and explain the distinct aspects of products and services in a practical way
- Demonstrable experience as content creator for different audience.
Preferred qualifications
- Startup experience is a huge plus.
- Experience in payment companies
- Ability to use media editing software like Quicktime, Figma, Google Suite, Premier, etc.
- Plus if they know how to use Salesforce, Mailchimp, Pardot, Slack, and manage any LMS
Responsibilities
- Own and meet/exceed training expectations from their client perspective within assigned territory and accounts
- Support Customer Succes Managers on the training, engage with clients for the retainment of the book of business in the Brazil Region
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve adoption and retention on our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Work closely with Customer Succes Manager and Education team asynchronous and participate in different rituals remotely with our team
- Travel and assist client events as Simetrik representative with responsibility and respect as one representative of the company
