About the role

As Billing Analyst, you will ensure the smooth running of payments to suppliers and employees, as well as, running invoicing management processes, building reports for accounting purposes, among others.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven billing experience.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese is a huge plus.

• Startup experience is a huge plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• Netsuite knowledge is a huge plus.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Suggest improvements to invoicing process.
• Invoicing and financial analysis.
• Process and register invoices.
• Verify and report all operations and movements of financial impact with their respective cost center.
• Documentary management of all administrative and accounting processes, including payment supports, sales invoices, supplier invoices, among others.
• Report and resolve payment issues.
• Analyze unbilled balances.
• Prepare invoicing reports.
