About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with analytical engineering skills to join our data analysis team. This hybrid role is designed to leverage both analytical and technical capabilities, allowing the successful candidate to generate valuable insights from historical data and prepare that data for analysis and consumption by other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical data to identify trends, perform hypothesis testing, and create models that explain key business dynamics.
• Prepare and optimize large datasets to be used by data analysts and other stakeholders, guaranteeing the quality and accessibility of the data. Use statistical and programming tools (such as SQL, Python, and R) to develop robust analytical solutions.
• Design and execute ETL processes to improve data flow efficiency and support continuous analytics operations.
• Collaborate closely with leaders from different areas of the company to understand their analytical needs and contribute to the team's data strategy.
• Be a key resource in promoting a data-driven decision-making culture within the company, educating others on best practices in data analysis and analytical engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience in creating statistical models, and implementing ETL solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong analytical and technical focus, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver measurable results.

Prefer Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Fintech or SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of AI-based recommendation systems or the development of AI products or services.
• Fluent English.
