About the role

We are seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst in Brazil. This role within the marketing team will be responsible for integrating the most updated knowledge of Simetrik’s solution with the current needs and pains of our potential clients. From this analysis the Market Intelligence team will generate useful insights which will be used by the Demand Generation and Sales teams to improve the first contacts with our potential clients and create more effective marketing and sales assets, collaterals and discussions.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in market research, prospecting, or related analytical roles within a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing market research tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for storytelling and visualizing data.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Prospecting of B2B Accounts

• Utilize various research methods and tools to identify potential B2B accounts aligned with our target market.
• Conduct thorough analysis to assess the viability and potential of identified prospects.

Buyer Persona Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data on target audience segments.
• Translate collected data into detailed buyer personas reflecting the characteristics, needs, and preferences of our target customers.

Buyer Journey Mapping

• Analyze the purchasing process of B2B buyers to understand their decision-making journey.
• Create comprehensive buyer journey maps outlining key touchpoints and interactions across various channels.

Market Intelligence Generation

• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Synthesize gathered intelligence to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful patterns and trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with content marketing, sales, and product teams to align prospecting efforts with overall business objectives.
• Provide support in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns.
