About the role

Simetrik is looking for an expert on Total Rewards matters, ideally with 6+ years of experience. This is a highly analytical and creative role, requiring strong compensation and benefits experience.

The Total Rewards person plays a crucial LATAM role in the creation and building of salary bands, benefits booklets and packages,compensation structures, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and implement Total rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and People Experience & Culture department.
  
• Plan and coordinate the timely processing of all operational transactions related to compensation and benefits programs according to agreed statutory obligations.
• Manage significant enhancements to Total rewards tools and processes, designing processes, procedures, reports, policies and other enabling tools necessary to effectively operationalize LATAM processes.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Previous relevant experience on similar roles.
  
• Strong communication skills, having the ability to articulate proposals to a variety of audiences.
• Advanced at articulating complex ideas, and then executing them to drive compensation and benefits decisions.
  
  

Prefer Qualifications:

• Conversational English Level.
