About the role

As Demand Generation Marketing Strategist, you will be working closely to the Distribution Block team at Simetrik (sales, customer success, partners) accountable for crafting and executing the marketing strategy and plan to deliver pipeline and accelerate bookings goals.

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing strategy / sales experience in Fintechs, Startups, SaaS

• Executive presence, ability to influence executive leadership
• A track record of success in leading marketing tactics/execution (including: ABMs, digital, events management, social) and delivering demand
• Previous experience in a matrixed and remote organization
• Ability to read and interpret data and insights
• Ability to engage and create initiatives for technical and business audiences
• Strong in person and virtual presence
• Bachelors in Marketing / Communications / Business

Responsibilities

• Plan and Execute Customer facing 360 initiatives based on business opportunities, data and insights
• Manage data and insights to provide guidance on account based marketing, whitespace penetration, and wallet share capture opportunities
• Interpret data to foresee needed marketing programs and customer focus areas
• Metrics collection and communications (pipeline generated, attendance, photos, customer feedback, follow up and additional journey actions)
• Budget management
• Leverage recommended vendors
• Usage of marketing resources and tools
• Using available resources for execution, content builds, digital development
