Presales Engineer (Financial Analyst) - LATAM

About the role

As a Presales Engineer you will work with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided. You'll be the main point of contact for new clients, being responsible for their onboarding on our tool, training and driving customer value from our product.

Minimum qualifications

  • Experiencie/knowledge in reconciliation processess.
  • Previous experience as a finance analyst/accountant
  • Strong organization and presentation skills
  • A propensity for relationship building and the ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
  • Industry knowledge (Finance, Accounting and Technology)
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese
  • Startup experience is a huge plus.
  • Experience as presales consultant or business development
  • Experience in Saas companies


  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and the company's product/service offerings to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to the product development and marketing teams to enhance the company's offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, provide technical support during negotiations, and help close deals.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, and other documentation needed to win new business.
  • Research and analyze competitors' products and services to highlight the advantages and unique selling points of the company's offerings.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and compatibility of the proposed solutions within the customer's existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to showcase how the company's products or services can solve the customer's problems and meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and customers to design customized solutions that address the customer's requirements, often involving technical specifications and architecture.
  • Interact with potential customers to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and a strong understanding of the technology and industry trends relevant to those offerings.
