About the role

As a Customer Success Operations drives the effectiveness and efficiency of our Customer Success team by supporting the day-to-day tasks of the operational and technical front of the team. He is responsible for monitoring clients and creating relevant metrics associated with each of them.

Responsibilities

CRM

  • Implement, manage and support the workflows for Customer Success in the team's CRM.
    - Support special requests from customer facing teams.

Data

  • Generate follow-up reports regarding: Account health, risk monitoring KPIs, creation of opportunities by CSMs, renewal status, retention and growth metrics, among others, through dashboards and follow-up reports.

Processes

  • Follow-up and monitoring of the contact points of the CSMs with the accounts. Validate through indicators and boards, compliance with the check-ins to work with each account.
  • Monitoring of the VofC program. Being part of the VofC committee with the main role of centralizing the information and monitoring the pain and points raised by the CS team.
  • Monitoring of efficiency, performance and workload indicators.
  • Monitoring of the compensation scheme

Documentation

  • Review and maintenance of customer documentation
    Experience in Customer Success tools such as Gainsight, Totango, Catalyst, Vitally or, failing that, management tools such as Monday or cickup

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer success and finance skill
  • Management of financial reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Preferably that comes from the technology or banking sector
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
