Role Overview:

Sigma360 is seeking an experienced UK based SDR to support regional growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role will work closely with regional leadership to generate qualified meetings and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives through outbound prospecting.
  • Support EMEA go-to-market efforts and regional expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align on target accounts and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
  • Sales prospecting and lead generation across EMEA.
  • Industry research to define targets for the outreach.
  • Assess prospect fit using predefined criteria (BANT, MEDDPICC, etc.) and uncover their pain points.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and AEs on messaging to optimize lead conversion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools (ChatGPT etc) for intelligent prospecting. based on intent and market/ client driversManage and track pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring detailed qualification is completed before deals progress to pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed quota based on:Meetings booked and held per month.

About you:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development.
  • Proven success in quota-based outbound roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
