Position Summary:

Sigma360 is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our Client and Partner Solutions organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BSA/AML regulatory compliance rules and regulations, as well as a working understanding of system to system integrations, and API based approaches to systems integrations. In this role our Solution Engineer will leverage technical and industry expertise, and presentation skills in working with the Revenue team and Client & Partner Success functions to organize, design, and contribute to the implementation and education of new customers. You will also be responsible for technical diagramming, RFP responses, tailored product demonstrations, contributing to proposals, and ensuring a clear understanding of mutual expectations across prospect stakeholders and our implementation and training team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sigma Sales team members during meetings and conversations with high level client stakeholders (e.g. Senior Compliance and Risk leaders, operational leaders, technology & system integration teams), to represent Sigma360’s capabilities and demonstrate how Sigma360 can transform their organization based on strategic priorities and initiatives. You will follow up by crafting emails, proposals, technical diagrams, presenting relevant materials, and managing expectations with key stakeholders.

  • Support Sigma360 growth initiatives through new client acquisition, as well as upsells, via measurable contribution to RFIs/RFPs, demos of functionality, and by providing inputs into costing and pricing for proposed solutions

  • Engage with internal product and engineering stakeholders to drive innovation and broader platform improvements

  • Act as a primary POC for multiple complex implementations on technical integrations

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in client facing roles where consultative and solutioning skills are paramount

  • 1-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, BSA/AML compliance, sanctions screening, matching/tuning and reporting.

  • 1-5 years of experience in working with API based integrations, and skills to guide developers and lead technical workstreams

Skills:

  • Strong presentation & interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of varied technology platform that support various screening and monitoring workflows within compliance and risk workflows.

  • Knowledge of MS office and CRM software, preferably Hubspot

  • Talented and professional communicator, both verbally and written

  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and driven to succeed
