About Katsu
1. Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth
- Source, acquire, and onboard high-value customers (HNI/upper mass market) into the bank’s wealth portfolio.
- Deliver consistent monthly business targets in line with team objectives.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through networks, referrals, events, and market intelligence.
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow deposits, investment, and credit-linked wealth products.
2. Relationship Management & Advisory
- Provide tailored financial advisory services based on client needs, goals, and risk appetite.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues while delivering premium customer experience.
- Maintain high professional standards and strong compliance with advisory processes.
3. Business Strategy and Revenue Delivery
- Contribute to the development of wealth products and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through deposits, investment products, structured wealth solutions, and SME-linked offerings.
- Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
4. Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance support to Wealth Managers and Analysts.
- Support team-based performance tracking and help improve conversion ratios.
- Share market insights and best practices within the team.
5. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (CBN, AML/CFT, Data Privacy).
- Maintain clean KYC, onboarding, and documentation standards.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance or operational risks.
- Ensure ethical sales practices across all client interactions
6. Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client engagements and portfolio performance.
- Use CRM and internal tools to ensure data completeness and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
· 6–10 years and above of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Funds Mobilization, Private or Affluent Banking.
· Proven track record in meeting large monthly targets.
· Greater than 80% month on month customer retention.
· Strong networks within affluent and business communities.
· Strong experience leveraging digital platforms for customer acquisition and retention.
· Solid experience managing high-value portfolios and advisory relationships.
· Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
· Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional communication negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
