As the Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing commercial & business development strategies to drive business growth, enhance competitiveness, and maximize profitability. You will play a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives and conducting analysis to tackle complex business challenges, review the business current strategy and goals to identify its potential strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.

- Steer the development of
short-and long-term vision and strategic plans of commercial strategy, new and
existing business models, and business digitalization, both from portfolio and
in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and
potential threats to the business.

- Devise strategies to
leverage market dynamics and propel the company toward consistent and

- Collaborate seamlessly with

achieving business development and expansion objectives to elevate the
company’s growth trajectory.
- Develop an
in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces.
- Evaluate and analyze
the performance metrics of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive
reports and offer strategic recommendations based on performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business
administration, Marketing or any commercial-related field. An MBA would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of
experience in Business consulting & Strategy development, business
analysis, or related fields within a fast-paced environment. Previous Startup
experience is desired.
- Proven success in developing and executing impactful
commercial and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in market
research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills and
the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation,
and leadership skills.
