The Role

We are hiring a NY-based Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. The manager will plan and deliver the regional marketing program for new logo acquisition and customer engagement to grow our business in the Americas. They will work closely with product and digital marketing colleagues to tailor relevant content for our target segments: investors, banks, lawyers and consultancies; they will also work closely with an events manager and act as marketing business partner to regional sales teams in the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the Americas regional marketing program
  • Plan and execute multi-media campaigns to showcase Reorg data, analytics and content
  • Develop account based marketing (ABM) strategy for target accounts
  • Engage with commercial and editorial teams to plan and execute content webinars
  • Manage industry partnerships including content marketing and event sponsorship
  • Collaborate with Event Specialist to plan and market high quality events
  • Performance tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree(s) in Communications, Marketing and/or Business Management
  • Overall marketing / business experience in more than one B2B business
  • Proven performance in delivering marketing results over several years
  • Desirable to have credit or finance experience, useful to have media, data or technology industry experience
  • Experience with email (Pardot), social media (Hootsuite), CRM campaign planning and reporting (Salesforce), website content management (Wordpress), webinars (Zoom), event management (Cvent)
  • Seamless approach to planning and executing multiple programs across regions and products


At Reorg, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The salary range estimate for this position is $110,000 - $120,000.

The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
