The Role
We have an exciting newly-created role for a Data Analyst who is self-starter, quick learner, well motivated, flexible, passionate about data, and seeks problems to solve. The data analyst will be responsible for the wide range of tasks such as ingesting data from vendors, integrating and merging data for analysis, collecting data from files and documents, and maintaining and auditing data to provide accurate, comprehensive and timely data to our clients. If you are someone who likes to work on challenging projects and have a greater flexibility to work on multiple credit data sets then you must apply.


  • Collect/extract data from websites/documents.
  • Work with the vendors to ingest data for Reorg’s products.
  • Standardize the reference data on Reorg’s entities across all the databases.
  • Flag inconsistencies on the data to process and business leads.
  • Conduct audits and clean up when required.
  • Completely own the process and system along with entering and reviewing the data.
  • Support MDM gap analysis and implement solutions to fill the gaps.
  • Communicate the story effectively to key stakeholders, the team and enterprise.
  • Support all the internal teams and resolve their escalated issues within 24 hours.
  • Query Reorg’s databases to identify, remediate and report on data quality issues.
  • Partner with Data, Editorial, Product Management and Technology teams across Reorg to define requirements for critical data projects.


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer information systems, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a data/financial service company.
  • Effective project management skills, including strong attention to detail, and demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of credit and equity markets.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Committed to deadlines and are able to communicate up whenever deliverables are delayed with solutions.
  • Skilled at partnering with people across the enterprise
  • Innovative, creatively pushing the boundaries and don't shy away from challenges.
  • You have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated and have the ability to continuously acquire, build and share knowledge, in a fast paced environment
