The Role
Reorg Research provides breaking news and market-moving intelligence along with cutting-edge technology and data for hedge funds, investment banks and law firms. We are changing the way that professionals access opaque and complex information, and we are always looking for bright minds to join us on that mission.
You’ll have the opportunity to join a dynamic and impactful finance and accounting department.

What you’ll do as a Senior Accountant

  • Support timely completion of month end close activities including account reconciliations and trend analysis
  • Supports external auditors and specialists as necessary
  • Assist with sales and corporate tax compliance
  • Help ensure overall compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Drive process improvement and automate manual workflows
  • Other duties as assigned

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 to 5 years of public accounting or internal accounting experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to work independently, but is also a team player
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience with accounting software Intacct
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
