The Role
Work on innovative product built for European market combining legal and financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Legal analysis of offering memorandums of high yield bonds (i.e. complex contracts in English language)
  • Revising work completed by other team members
  • Training more junior team members
  • Contributing to development and maintaining of database
  • Helping to create new related products
  • Collaboration with lawyers in London

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a legal field
  • Master’s degree in law
  • Skilled to work with contracts in English language
  • Very logical, practical, result and detail orientated, analytically minded and proactive
  • Experience in capital markets and/or people management would be an advantage

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is EUR 3,000 - 4,424 gross.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for additional bonus based compensation.
