From go-to-market strategy and product and service offering launches to operational planning and business transformation, you will develop a broad operational and strategic foundation within a global organization that values internal mobility, entrepreneurial thinking, and leadership development.

As our new Senior Growth Operations Manager, you will:

  • Drive strategic initiatives through execution. You will lead and support cross-functional initiatives, commercial programs, operational improvements, and other growth priorities, ensuring projects move from concept to execution with clear accountability, momentum, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner across the business. You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and executive leadership to align priorities, navigate dependencies, remove roadblocks, and support business growth and operational performance globally.
  • Create structure and visibility. You will build and maintain operating mechanisms, dashboards, scorecards, project plans, and reporting processes that provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, priorities, and key business outcomes.
  • Drive accountability and operational excellence. You will help teams stay aligned and focused on execution by clarifying responsibilities, following through on commitments, identifying risks early, and ensuring initiatives remain on track in a fast-moving environment.
  • Support business transformation and change initiatives. You will contribute to operational and organizational transformation initiatives, helping teams navigate evolving priorities, implement new ways of working, and improve how the business operates and scales.
  • Solve complex business problems. You will approach challenges with curiosity, critical thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset, helping identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and stronger business performance across the organization.
  • Influence without direct authority. You will build trusted relationships across teams and functions, bringing people together around shared goals and driving outcomes through collaboration, communication, and strong stakeholder management skills.

You bring:

  • The operational and strategic experience. You have experience in business operations, growth operations, commercial strategy, program management, product operations, consulting with execution ownership, or a similar function within a software, technology, data, or high-growth environment.

  • A in-person case study presentation where you will be asked to work through a business or operational challenge relevant to the role. You will present your approach, recommendations, and thought process to the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations and additional stakeholders. This stage is designed to better understand how you approach problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and execution.
  • A final interview with President, Valuation Advisory focused on collaboration, strategic thinking, adaptability, and your ability to influence and drive impact across a complex, global organization.
