We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented HR Generalist for our GSC in Hyderabad to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes—from onboarding to exit—while supporting key HR operations, employee engagement, and global HR initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, HR Orientations, employee documentations, HR Compliance -coordination with our Legal Counsel and exit formalities.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth completion of pre-onboarding and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee benefits processes, queries, and coordination with vendors.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Facilities team to enhance employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with HR policies, and support audits where required. Collaboration with local finance as required and especially for audit related data delivery upon ask.
- Address employee queries promptly while ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience across all service touchpoints.
- Managing basic local HR related employees, internal or HR vendor follow ups, announcements and communications.
- Provide basic support in recruitment processes (workday actions, coordination’s with recruitment partner agency and candidate, stakeholder communications.
- Work on HR systems such as Workday for employee data management, transactions, and reporting (experience preferred).
- Contribute to or support global HR initiatives and projects as required.
- Champion a high-performance, people-centric, inclusive workplace culture by working closely with HR leadership to design and execute impactful initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 8–9 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a global or fast-growing organization
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (Workday preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- High level of ownership with a strong HR service mindset
Working Model
Hybrid working model – 3 days in office and 2 days remote
Flexible to work in shift timing of 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
