Unter der Verantwortung eines Managers beschäftigt sich der Praktikant leidenschaftlich mit Finanzen und Vertrieb. Sie werden Teil eines unserer Berater- und Vertriebsteams, dessen Aufgabe es ist, unseren Kunden eine unabhängige Beratung und individuelle Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung ihrer Schulden und ihres Risikomanagements sowie bei der Entwicklung ihrer Finanzstrategie zu gewährleisten.

Under the responsibility of a Manager, the Intern is passionate about finance and sales. You will join one of our teams of consultants and salespeople, whose role is to guarantee independent advice and personalized support to our clients in the management of their debts and their risk management, as well as in the development of their financial strategy.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Unterstütze unsere Kommunal-Kunden in der Anwendung unserer Schuldenmanagement-Software und beantworte ihnen technische sowie inhaltlichen Fragen rund um die Verwaltung und Analyse von Darlehensportfolios telefonisch sowie per E-Mail
  • Kleinere, technische Kundenwünsche zu Schnittstellen und Reports implementierst du nach einem On-The-Job-Training eigenständig
  • Neue Anforderungen von Kunden diskutierst du mit dem Produkt Management, trägst proaktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Software-Lösungen bei und testest neu entwickelte Funktionalitäten
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du das Sales und Support Team im Tagegeschäft und übernimmst kleinere Projekte, z.B. Vorbereitung und Tracking von Marketingaktionen mit unserem CRM-System
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an Kundenkontakt. Super wäre zudem eine ordentliche Portion Humor
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Liebe zum Detail und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Mobiles Arbeiten von zuhause, bis zu 40% und diese Stelle ist im Frankfurter Büro angesiedelt.
  • Dieses Büro hat eine Flatrate für Kaffee, Softdrinks und Obst. Sie kriegen ein Notebook, auch zur privaten Nutzung

Schlüsselqualifikationen:

  • Du studierst BWL mit Schwerpunkt Bankwesen, Finance, VWL, Mathematik oder etwas Vergleichbares
  • Interesse für Finanzierungsprodukte, insbesondere Darlehen und Absicherungs-Derivate
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse; Spaß an technischen und mathematischen Aufgabenstellungen
  • Im Optimalfall bist du für mindestens 6 Monate in Vollzeit verfügbar, alternativ bist du für mindestens 3 Monate in Vollzeit und im Anschluss in Teilzeit als Werkstudent (m/w/d) verfügbar
  • Eine sinnvolle und erfüllende Aufgabe, weil Du eine echte Hilfe für unsere Kunden bist

Key Responsabilities:

  • Supporting our sales team in day-to-day business as well as in the conception of the sales strategy for our software solutions

  • After intensive training, you will talk to potential new customers independently and guide them through our software online

  • Market analysis and identification of potential leads

  • Preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns, e.g. mailings, publications, SEO campaigns and webinars

  • CRM maintenance and continuous automation of reports

  • Flat rate for coffee, soft drinks and fruit; your are provided a notebook.

  • Mobile working from home, up to 40% and this position is located in the Frankfurt office

Key Qualifications:

  • Ongoing university studies with good results

  • Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English

  • Ideally, initial knowledge or experience in banking, finance, economics, mathematics and/or sales

  • Enjoyment of technical and mathematical tasks

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of sales

  • Quick comprehension and enthusiasm

  • Ideally, you will be available full-time for at least 6 months, alternatively you will be available full-time for at least 3 months and then part-time as a working student (m/f/d).

  • A great working atmosphere in an established company with a dynamic team and flat hierarchies

  • Independent work after intensive training
