Reporting to the Director, Marketing Technology, the Senior Marketing Data Analyst will work closely with the global Go-To-Market team to ensure data is collected, performance is analyzed, actionable insights are communicated and put in practice. As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will help in defining and maintenance of the overall marketing KPI Bible, ensuring consistent use across different reports and views. Work closely with counterparts from Sales Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a connected and consistent view of customer funnel exists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help in definition and maintenance of the overall Marketing KPI Bible, ensuring consistent use across different reports and views.

  • Drive regular discussions with internal stakeholders across all teams to promote a data-led marketing culture. Introduce and support best practices in reporting and analysis.

  • Understand the Altus marketing & Sales data schema and contribute to improving it. Define taxonomy and standards of quality for data and put in place governance KPIs to ensure data remains of high quality.

  • Work closely with the BI & Infrastructure teams to integrate data from various sources and platforms and present this data to the reporting layer where required. This will require use of ETL tools and SQL skills. There will be opportunities to utilize Big Data Machine Learning Modelling.

  • Be the go-to for marketing analytics questions, with ability to explain the link between insights and marketing levers that correspond to them.

  • Maintain a historic repository of learnings and insights, documenting the causality to marketing levers, to develop a view of seasonality and assist with future decision making.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience into Marketing Data Analyst

  • Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree

  • Relational DB Experience, and proficient in related languages e.g., SQL, long term vision, think outside the box, listen and empathize with pain points.

  • Results driven and commercially aware always operate around benchmarked KPIs.

  • Able to work across multiple streams with a structured approach, while managing priorities and Stakeholder expectations.
