Reporting to the Principal Architect, the Cloud Solutions Architect will have expertise in designing and developing complex, scalable client facing solutions using serverless cloud technologies. You want to be part of building something new with great visibility across the organization and endless possibilities ahead as we continue to grow and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the development team to build resilient, serverless cloud solutions with the right architecture and design.

• Spearhead our technology trajectory by doing progressive research and prototyping cutting-edge technologies.

• Provide technical and career leadership to a small team of more junior architects.

• Work as part of the global Architecture team to create and ensure consistency and cross-team collaboration.

• Provide architectural direction from concrete and abstract concepts, assessing technology options and detailed implementation guidance.

• Provide governance over development process to ensure non-functional and architecture standards requirements are satisfied.

• Architect for Industrial operations, resiliency, business continuity, performance, scale, cost optimization, development efficiency and security.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong expertise of design patterns, design principles, engineering knowledge, developing frameworks and reusable components, and building scalable applications for the cloud

• Skills in developing and designing cloud-based solutions including experience with: AWS Services: Lambda, SQS, Step Functions, Kinesis, Glue, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Sagemaker, ElasticSearch, S3, API Gateway, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Accounts, VPC’s, PrivateLink, KMS, Secrets Manager, GuardDuty, ControlTower, IAM, Cloud RBAC, Security Groups, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Fargate, EMR/Spark

• Python, Node.Js, React, Angular, D3

• Data Lakes and Data-centric systems, data architecture, data modelling, and database design.

• A broad range of data management, analysis, and visualization tools, including ETL/data format conversion, SQL, and NoSQL/non-traditional database technologies.

• IAC, CICD, automation, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform

• IAM, SSO, SAML2, application RBAC

• Vulnerability Management – WAF’s, Imperva, Prisma, Qualys Fortify | Observability – monitoring, alerting, DataDog.
