Comptabilité générale avec une prédominance fournisseur et administration du personnel. Connectées en continu aux marchés financiers, nos solutions permettent le suivi et la valorisation des positions, et simplifient la gestion des opérations jugées complexes. Nous fournissons une information d’exception et un haut niveau d’accompagnement aux équipes financières.

Principales responsabilités:

Saisie des opérations bancaires et établissement des états de rapprochements
Contrôle, mise en validation des notes de frais et mise en paiement
Suivi des immobilisations, génération des amortissements dans le cadre des arrêtés mensuels
Saisie des pièces comptables fournisseurs, mise en paiement, banque et clients aussi, suivi et lettrage.
Workflow de validation dématérialisé ;
Comptabilisation et suivi des CCA, FNP et AAR
Déclarations fiscales courantes (TVA) et emission et suivi des paiements tiers et salaires
Tenue de la comptabilité des filiales Suisse et UK en plan de comptes local
Suivi des charges des filiales et des paiements en liaison avec nos prestataires extérieurs locaux en vue de la préparation des intercos lors des arrêtés mensuelles
En support avec le manager, en charge de l’administration du personnel pour la collecte et la gestion des informations nécessaires à l’établissement des paies ainsi que la tenue des dossiers individuels du personnel.

Qualifications clés:

Minimum de 3 d'expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité/finance ou d'un domaine relatif
Obtention d'un Master en finance ou comptabilité
CDI et poste permanent
Modèle hybride (2 à 3 jours en présentiel) dans notre bureau de Paris
Connaissance de la langue anglaise (atout)
