Reporting into the Lead Generation Manager, the successful candidates will work to continually enhance and improve the property information held by Altus Group, ensuring that the best possible support is provided to our planned marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for any talented, hardworking individuals, looking to secure their first office role!
Research commercial properties to identify occupiers and key decision makers.
Update internal systems with new information.
Transfer and updating of data from multiple sources into company CRM system.
Make telephone calls (when required) to verify existing information.
University degree - is desired, but not essential
Previous office experience is desired, but not essential
Strong understanding of using the Internet and search engines to good effect.
Ability to learn quickly and effectively and in a logical manner.
Willingness to be creative and think of alternative solutions when encountering problems.
Have the ability to work towards targets and agreed KPI’s.
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to extract key information from calls.
