As a Client Services Executive you will be involved in contacting our existing business clients so that you can support them completing their onboarding process as well as communicating efficiently with additional areas of the business.
Communicate with the clients to gather key information and documentation.
Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders and surveyors to gather and process collated documentation.
Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and accurately update vital client information on our CRM database.
You will work closely with the Commercial Property Consultants, to ensure client requirements are met, and the client is onboarded.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Previous experience of building and maintaining relationships with clients (preferred).
The ability to thrive in a target driven environment.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Strong attention to detail.
A Pro-active, positive and organised approach to work.
Salary: £22k per annum plus uncapped earning potential through commission!
