The role
qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next POS Integration Manager, you'll be the operational and onboarding owner of POS integrations in your region — accountable end-to-end, from first request to Commercial Done. You'll pair with a dedicated Super Developer on every integration and act as the regional point of contact for POS onboarding. What you'll own
Coordinate country teams, POS partners and internal stakeholders across the integration lifecycle
Track status, milestones and timelines; communicate risks, blockers and progress
Drive approvals and decision-making; actively remove blockers and escalate to keep delivery moving
Sync weekly with country reps to prioritise bugs, new requests and new integrations
Co-own onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer; own technical onboarding of all following restaurants
Coordinate rollout and go-live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done
Who you are
You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information
You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator
You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience
What you'll need
3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations
Comfort with technical topics — APIs, POS systems, integration concepts — without needing to code
Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners and internal teams
Bias for action: you chase blockers, push decisions and keep momentum
Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work
Fluency in English is a must
Nice to have
Experience in hospitality tech, payments or F&B
