The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Account Executive, you'll help drive our growth in account management, building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll own

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner restaurants within your portfolio

• Serve as the go-to point of contact for daily operational support and queries

Performance & Adoption

• Monitor account performance (adoption, transaction volumes, and operational usage)

• Identify and resolve challenges, coordinating with internal teams where required

• Proactively address risks (churn, adoption drop, or competitive threats)

Growth & Retention

• Educate partners on new features and products to encourage adoption

• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to retention strategies

Collaboration & Insights

• Work with cross-functional teams (Enablement, Tech, Support, and Sales) to deliver a seamless partner experience

• Share partner feedback to inform product improvements and process optimizations

Who you are

• You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

• You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information

• You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator

• You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience

What you’ll need

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or F&B/tech operations

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Fluency in English is a must

• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Excel and reporting dashboards

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace

• Fluency in Arabic is a plus
