The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for supporting HR operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, working closely with the People Partner to ensure a smooth execution of HR processes.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regional HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be driving:
Assist the People Partner with HR data management and reporting, including maintaining headcount and employee records
Prepare and manage documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and monthly reports
Support HR system updates to ensure accurate and timely information
Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
Help organise and coordinate internal employee engagement events
Support the recruitment process, including collecting candidate information, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
Provide administrative support for regional People projects and ad hoc tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth People operations across all supported countries
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with HR systems
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese;
Passionate about people, learning, and building a career in HR
A proactive, hands-on learner who is eager to take on new challenges in a regional setting
