The role
We’re seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account and Partnerships Manager to drive merchant success and strengthen our partnerships. In this role, you will oversee key merchant accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction. You’ll proactively monitor adoption, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for retention and upselling.
This role requires a strong foundation in account management and client success. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub’s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.
What You’ll Be Driving
Account Management: Oversee key merchant accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction.
Merchant Adoption & Upselling: Proactively monitor merchant adoption, resolve issues, and enhance retention and upselling opportunities.
Onboarding & Training: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for restaurants, and provide continuous support to merchants.
Local Commercial Partnerships & Initiatives: Build and manage partnerships with local businesses (events, malls, hotels) to drive adoption and growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to address client needs and feedback.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in account management, client success, preferably in the fin-tech industry.
Strong relationship management skills and ability to handle client escalations and technical discussions.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Effective negotiation and networking abilities.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a result-oriented mindset.
Confident in representing the company and building business connections.
