The role?
We are looking for an Operations Strategy Analyst to join our fast-paced ops team and support performance tracking, CRM development, and strategic operations initiatives across the region.
In this role, you’ll work closely with key account managers, customer success teams, and the leadership team to:
- Monitor restaurant performance and user adoption KPIs
- Identify underperforming venues and support targeted action plans
- Build dashboards and automated reports to track performance across markets
- Own and improve the CRM system to support scalable operations – ensure data consistency, improve workflows, and enable actionable insights for onboarding, success, and account management teams
- Drive enhancements to our internal operational tools – coordinate with Tech and Business Intelligence teams to clean and structure data, define data requirements, and build dashboards that empower the ops team to take timely and data-driven actions
- Support operational deep dives and pilot tests (e.g. new payment journeys, incentive experiments)
- Improve internal processes by designing scalable playbooks and eliminating inefficiencies
- Support the ops team during new restaurant onboardings to understand field needs and ensure alignment with process improvements
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to propose product enhancements based on operational insights
As an Operations Strategy Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards to track adoption, GMV, tips, and other key metrics
- Run deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Develop automated reports and templates to support internal decision-making and visibility
Strategy & Execution
- Support the design and monitoring of strategic initiatives (e.g. incentive programs, payment journey experiments)
- Partner with account managers to roll out targeted improvements at underperforming venues
- Use data to support onboarding, adoption, and engagement strategy across key restaurant segments
Process & Tool Optimization
- Own improvements to the CRM system to enhance team efficiency and data accuracy
- Lead optimization of internal operational tools by collaborating with Tech and BI to structure data, define requirements, and ensure dashboards are actionable
- Document and streamline internal workflows across onboarding, customer success, and account management teams
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between ops, product, tech, and BI teams by translating field needs into structured feedback and feature requests
- Occasionally support restaurant onboarding efforts to stay close to the ground and align process and tool development with field realities
What are we looking for?
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or analytics (startup or tech a plus)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL knowledge (Tableau/Power BI is a plus)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality
- Structured communication and project management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not required
- Experience in F&B, field operations, or CRM optimization is a plus
