Responsibilities
- Creating high-craft, high-impact creative that hits pipeline and performance goals
- Balancing velocity with quality in a fast-moving environment.
- Leading a team, both as a manager and as a direct contributor
- Establishing systems and rituals that scale with increasing demand
- Partnering closely with marketing stakeholders to ship work weekly
- Managing agencies and building an external creative bench
- Joining an incredible team filled with talented, passionate and humble designers and contributing to our design culture
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of professional design experience
- 2–3+ years leading or managing brand designers and production designers
- A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across multi-channel marketing work
- Experience with performance marketing creative (paid social, display ads, email)
- Ability to coach designers while directly contributing to the work
- Experience building systems, templates, and scalable processes
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
- Bonus: experience with animation tools (Jitter), as well as production design tools designed for efficiency (Figma Buzz, Celtra, or Bannerflow); fintech/SaaS background; agency management
175200 - 273600 USD a year
The target base salary for this position ranges from $175,200/year to $273,600/year in Zone 1. The target base salary will vary based on the job's location.
Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - San Francisco / New York City / Seattle
Zone 2 - Los Angeles / Washington DC / Austin / Boston / Sacramento / San Diego
Zone 3 - Atlanta / Portland / Chicago / Philadelphia / Denver / Miami / Dallas / Raleigh
Zone 4 - All other US cities
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission (if applicable), equity and benefits. The pay range shown on each job posting is the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salaries. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on factors like skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
