As an Operations Technical Specialist, you will ensure the seamless functioning of our operational processes, with a strong focus on data integrity and process efficiency across the capital markets ecosystem. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset.

What you’ll do 📈
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of client data across custodians and trading venues.
- Monitor and reconcile incoming data feeds, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Own the data migration and reconciliation process during new client onboardings.
- Serve as a key operational point of contact during onboarding phases.
- Review and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive automation of repetitive tasks by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Implement and maintain best practices for robust data management processes.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or back-office roles within the banking sector.
- Strong data management and programming skills; experience with Python, PowerQuery, or BI tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
- Experience with capital markets data, custodian data, and data migration flows.
- Understanding of listed market execution flows is a strong plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and structured analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Role is based on-site at our Copenhagen office.
