Performativ is the new kid on the block used by investment advisors and financial institutions across the globe. In 2020 our Founder & CEO while working for an asset manager, identified a significant cost silo relating to receiving, cleaning, formatting, and reporting data to their clients. He spent months looking for a solution-oriented platform but ended up losing time and valuable business results.

As our new customer success executive, you will;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to onboarding Perfomativ’s clients.
- Create structured framework to ensure world class customer experience.
- Be a super-user and subject matter expert while promoting the value of the product.
- Build relationships and be central to delivering customer experience.
- Active in product discussions and help us determine the future roadmap.
- Assist in creating training and educational materials.
We anticipate that you have.🎯
- Have a degree in economics, finance, econometrics etc. (or if not, you have an established presence in the domain).
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience from an asset manager, custodian bank, fintech, broker or other financial institution will be considered as a strong plus.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Motivation to work as a team with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Good understanding of the investment lifecycle in an enterprise setting in listed assets (knowledge of illiquid assets is a plus, but not required).
