Excited to be part of something big? We’re hiring a People & Talent Partner to support our growing Egypt team, driving an exceptional employee experience while helping us hire and nurture top talent.
Location: 3 days onsite (Cairo office) and 2 days from home.

What you’ll be doing

Day to Day, You Will…

  • Own day-to-day HR Operations for the Egypt team including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, HRIS accuracy, and compliance.
  • Anticipate and resolve employee issues proactively, manage routine employee relations matters with fairness and discretion, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while building strong future talent pipelines.
  • Support workforce planning and organization design, ensuring alignment between team structures and business goals.
  • Support learning, development, and engagement initiatives, including internal trainings, team events, and culture-building activities.
  • Ensure a structured onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success in their first 90 days.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and dashboards (attrition, time-to-hire, attendance, probation outcomes) and use insights to inform improvements and leadership decisions.
  • Communicate HR policies and updates clearly, ensuring all employees understand processes, benefits, and expectations.
  • Continuously improve HR processes, from onboarding workflows and recruitment steps to documentation and HRIS usage.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
  • Fluent in English (is a must).
  • Proven experience managing both recruitment and people operations processes end-to-end.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with managers and employees alike.
  • Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a people-first mindset in every interaction.
  • Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic fintech environment.
