How You’ll Contribute:

  • Ensure that every employee has adequate tools to perform their duty
  • Partner with business stakeholders to research, select and provision information technology solutions
  • Guarantee in-time provisioning and administration of user accounts across all servicesResponsible for the Mobile Device Management strategy and its implementation
  • Establish IT policies and standards
  • Educate colleagues about our tools and the security best practicesHandle onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain the physical equipments owned by OXIO
  • Write and maintain a knowledge base
  • Handle help desk escalations
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Assistance with SOC2 compliance audit

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk support role
  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Apple ecosystem and various computer peripherals
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users in English and Spanish (French is a plus!)
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team
  • Capable of being autonomous, take ownership and be proactive to tackle potential issue that might affect end-users before it appears
  • Hands-on track record of managing a directory service (Google Workspace)
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (Mosyle), TCP/IP and networking knowledge
  • Capable to automate repeating tasks with scripts (Shell or Python)
  • Understanding of BeyondCorp and zero-trust computer security concepts
  • Experience with productivity and development software (Google Workspace, Adobe, JetBrains, Confluence, Gitlab, Zoom, Zendesk)

  • Experience working with start-ups
