Role
The Growth Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Associate to help plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives that support pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and client engagement. This entry-level professional role involves analytical thinking, project ownership, and coordination across teams. Over time, the Marketing Associate will manage campaigns and event initiatives with increasing independence and strategic responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, and digital channels
- Manage marketing automation workflows and campaign execution within Pardot
- Analyze campaign performance and develop insights to improve engagement and pipeline impact
- Partner with events, editorial, and commercial teams to support strategic marketing initiatives
- Coordinate logistics and communications for in‑person and virtual events
- Maintain and optimize marketing data in Salesforce and related systems
- Manage campaign timelines and project plans across stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and program effectiveness
- Assume ownership of defined marketing campaigns or event initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 0–1 years of professional marketing experience (internships included)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in marketing technology platforms such as Pardot or Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and problem‑solving ability

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The base salary range estimate for this position is $75,000-$85,000.
