We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Revenue. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in account management across SaaS & fintech sectors in the US region. You will have experience collaborating closely on a day-to-day basis with Account Managers, developing value add enablement materials and demonstrated success at exceeding targets with strong understanding of forecasting. The ideal candidate must have excellent sales and relationship building abilities, a thoughtful and caring approach to managing, and the determination to hit goals and deliver results. They must also be willing to be a player-coach as we develop the team. This role requires a mix of relationship-building, consultative solutioning, and strategic planning, with a proven record of growing key accounts and securing renewals in competitive industries. This position reports to the VP of Solutions and is part of the Revenue Team.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end account management for strategic US enterprise clients, ensuring retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Building excellent decision maker relationships across a rapidly growing customer base
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution with a client-first approach.
  • Drive data-driven insights, customer feedback, and reporting to continuously improve client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture.
  • Collaborate closely with our Revops, Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to make sure day-to-day interactions and high-level relationship goals move in sync

Who we're looking for: (Skill Sets and Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with exposure to SaaS, fintech in the US region.
  • 5+ years of proven success as a manager and enablement driver
  • Strong background in strategic client partnerships, renewals, revenue growth and upsells
  • Experience managing $50,000+ ACV accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling accounts (e.g., 100%+ growth YoY).
  • Experience handling large enterprise accounts and driving multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role with high ownership.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and MS Office.
  • Educational background: Master’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent; certifications in data science, analytics, or advanced content marketing a plus.
